Programmbeschreibung

Village School Project
Sree Narayana Central School is a village school in Kerala, managed by a non-profit, charitable Trust. The school was founded in 2003 to give standard education to children belonging to BPL (Below Poverty Line) Families. It has 250 children in the age group of 5 to 12 years (1st to 6th standard) and 75 children in the kindergarten (3 to 5 years old). We are looking for volunteers who can assist these children the whole Academic year except April & May (vacation period). 1. The school intends to start “German and other Foreign languages” from 8th to 12th standard students in two years. “Aufbaukurs Deutsch”, a course for the 6th grade standard students (11-12 years old) shall prepare them to start German as a foreign language when they reach 8th standard. Volunteers also assist in the English courses of the school. Besides this, there is the possibility to assist in the school Kindergarden (3 to 5 years old children) for the whole year (except April – May).
 

Gebühren

280 € Projektgebühr bei Anmeldung zu entrichten.

Gebühr, die in Indien zu zahlen ist:

• monatlich 270 € (für administrative Kosten, Unterkunft und Verpflegung)

Leistungen vor Ort

Pick-up am Flughafen. Unterbringung und Verpflegung im volunteers guesthouse. Individuelle Einführung bevor der Einsatz im Projekt beginnt und Betreuung vor Ort.
